Cancellation Policy
At Talio, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and accommodating the needs of all our guests. To help us efficiently manage our schedule and ensure each guest receives the attention they deserve, we have implemented a cancellation policy, which requires a credit card on file to secure appointments.
We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a fee of 30% of the service cost.
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged a 100% no-show fee. This fee must be paid prior to booking any future appointments.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule or adjust the service to fit the remaining time.
We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to make your appointment due to illness, personal emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion for genuine emergencies.
Clients who repeatedly cancel appointments with less than 24 hours' notice or no-show more than twice may be required to pay a deposit to book future appointments.
